Info about shipping & returns for online orders

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) of ordering. Exceptions to this are usually advertised in banner announcements or on my social medias like Bluesky.

Processing is also effected by my convention schedule–I am unable to process any orders while I am away from my home studio for conventions.

Typically I aim to process orders on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. You will know if your order has been processed when you receive an email about your label being printed.

Shipping and Tracking

Delivery times are based on destination. Your order will receive a tracking number in your email once it has been shipped.

International Orders

I work inside the USA, and am able to mail out to most countries. However, there are a few extra steps some countries require:

Mexico and Brazil

As of February 2025, any packages sent to Mexico or Brazil from inside the United States require the recipient’s Tax ID number. Please be sure to include this number in either the notes section of your order or by emailing bugslap.art@gmail.com.

Something is wrong!

My Order was Damaged!

✧ Please send me an email at bugslap.art@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your package, with pictures of the damages. Please also include your name and order number.

I Was Sent the Wrong Item(s)!

✧ Please email bugslap.art@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your package with your name, order number, and a picture of the contents! I may ask you to return some incorrect items depending on the mix-up.

I Placed Multiple Orders and Want to Combine Shipping!

✧ Unfortunately, I am unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment. It causes too many mix-ups, and can impact shipping times. Multiple orders will be sent out in multiple shipments.

I Forgot to Use My Discount Code!

✧ I am unable to apply a discount code after an order has been paid, sorry for the inconvenience! I can however cancel unprocessed orders if you wish to re-order with the code.

My Address Changed!

✧ Please email me at bugslap.art@gmail.com before your order ships so I can update your address. If you have received a shipment email, it is too late for me to change it and we will have to wait for the package to be sent back to me to proceed (RTS)

I Want to Cancel My Order!

✧ Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed, with a 10% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is through the payment processor and cannot be waived. Please reach out to bugslap.art@gmail.com to start an order cancellation.

My Package is Marked as Delivered, But it’s Not Here!

✧ Once I ship an item, responsibility of the package is handed over to the postal service. Please check your local postal services (USPS for USA residents) for steps to take regarding missing packages. More often than not, the package has been marked prematurely as delivered or it has been placed somewhere different.

I Ordered a Pre-Order Item with In-Stock Items, Can I Get the In-Stock Items Now?

✧ Similarly to the Multiple Orders answer, I am unable to split a Pre-Order order into multiple shipments. This causes the same issues, and would cost you more in shipping fees. If you would like to order more items with your pre-order item, and want the non pre-order items to arrive earlier, I would recommend placing two separate orders.

RTS

I will do my best to contact any customer whose order has been returned to me, but it must be noted that each tracking number should notify you if your order is Returned to Sender. If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to pick up from PO box, or other customer error, you can choose one of the following options to proceed:

✧ Have the order re-shipped by paying the shipment fee again, or

✧ Refund the items minus the shipping fee and a 20% restock fee
